Shipping policy
Preorder items will shipped in 30-40 days.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Saturday to Thursday). All orders before 10 AM are processed and shipped within the same day (in Dubai only).
Estimated delivery times:
- UAE: 1-2 business days
- International: 1–2 weeks (may vary due to customs)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
