Refund policy

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are unused, unopened, and in original condition, in cases of defects or incorrect orders.

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at hi@thekalonway.com with your order number and proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Complimentary items, gifts, and samples are non-returnable
  • Items purchased outside our official website are not eligible
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider
